Brad has launched seven (7) independent businesses/companies over the course of his lifetime, with some failing dramatically and others producing several million dollars in revenue. He also spent 20+ years as a Physical Therapist and Healthcare Executive, where he managed operations for 43 facilities across 3 states with full operational and P & L responsibility. He has spoken professionally in all 50 states on topics ranging from Entrepreneurialism to Leadership, Teambuilding and Business Strategies. In 2007, he created and co-founded US Corporate Wellness, Inc., which has since grown to serve hundreds of organizations and tens of thousands of employees across the country. In 2010, URAC recognized US Corporate Wellness as one of only 9 national firms to earn Full Accreditation as a Comprehensive Wellness Provider. He also holds an inventor’s patent and is the author of 4 books, including Thompson Publishing’s Employee Wellness: Implementing a High Impact, High ROI Strategy. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with Suzanna, his bride of 24 years, and their three kids Ashley (21), Danielle (19) and Joshua (17). He also competes in various endurance events, and recognized by several publications as the “World’s Fittest CEO” after becoming the first person ever to complete the “endurance trifecta” of qualifying for both the Boston Marathon and the Hawaii Ironman World Championship, as well as winning the 3,000 mile Race Across America (RAAM – 2 person division) in a single year. He is a 4 time qualifier for the Hawaii Ironman World Championship and finished on the podium at the 2013 Ironman 70.3 World Championship.
